Mr Shuffles Is Alive: A New Balboa Dancer Is Born!
Today (I’m in Sydney Australia right now), I’ve found this article which made me laugh. ‘Miracle’ elephant baby doing well AUSTRALIA’S heaviest newborn, the elephant calf nicknamed Mr Shuffles by zookeepers, spent his second day getting to know his extended family at Sydney’s Taronga Zoo. The “miracle” calf, who emerged from his mother Porntip’s womb on Wednesday morning — two days after being declared dead — is continuing to make good progress.
